26: Supposed to be bike-and-swim on Friday, but forewent the swim in favor of a nice hour-long, two-mile snowshoe with friend a friend.
Rode for 73 minutes.
27: Swim for scant half-hour. All stroke drills. Right shoulder feels a little pressured from kickboard.
28: Ride on trainer for 45 minutes.
