Things I do badly:
(1) Swim. Coach Mike seems to think it's going to take me an hour to swim 2,475 yards. If he weren't so darned healthy, I'd say he was smokin' somethin', because it took me an hour and 27 minutes. Rough workout today. Fartleks; lactate threshold intervals; the works.
(2) Eat. As of 7PM yesterday I'd consumed 1100 calories, and 600 of that was either cookie or toffee bar. Smarrrrrt.
(3) Drink. (Not to be confused with the verb "to boozehound.") Yesterday's total liquid consumption: two cups coffee; one cup tea; one glass water. So smart!
Sigh.
