Not a bad week, in terms of rebuilding the habit. Started out the week very motivated, then the motivation gradually decreased as the week wore on.
M - MTB 57 minutes/12.5 miles on a new loop. HR 130.
T - Run 44 minutes at a comfortable pace in Johnson Park . HR monitor malfunctioned.
W - Yoga 25 minutes (DVD)
Th - Bike 40 minutes at a comfortable pace on the trainer. HR 123.
Circuit strength training at the gym after lunch. Sore for days afterwards.
F - Off. Skipped a planned long run because of rain.
S - Run 1:22/8.3 miles at overdistance pace on a new loop. HR 141. Incredible stars.
Su - Yoga 25 minutes (DVD). Forced myself to do it before I went to bed.
