34: walked all over town, recovering
35: raced. 3rd in age group for the Lake Channahon Frosty Five-Mile: First three miles at 9.5-minute miles, got ass kicked in miles 4 and 5 by insane constant headwind and god-awful hill. I know, I know...in ILLINOIS.
Perspective: 1st in age group only posted 8:37 miles; 2nd was 9:38 miles. Exhausted and discombobulated now, although know must sleep.
