YSL: Day 44

Swam an hour and a half in the morning; then ran with the Chicago Area Runner's Association at around 6:30 PM. This map says that I logged roughly 5.7 miles, but I don't know for sure. I know that I ran for a little over 57 minutes and that it felt faster than 10-minute miles. I guess it doesn't really matter: I'm beat, and I didn't even get to relax afterwards. I changed and dashed right out to dinner again. Sigh.
