New stage of training this week. Feels light due to race on Saturday (half marathon!).

Steady State Bike w/ Fast-Pedal interval: 20 minutes

Felt good today during swim--I didn't even have to skip any yardage to squeeze the whole workout into a reasonable period of time, but is it bad for me to do away with or shorten rest periods, for the most part?
