M - Bike on trainer. 27 min. Got a flat again.
T - Run 54 min/6.2 mi. HR 144.
Th - Yoga 30 min.
S - Run 56 min/6.2 mi. HR 135.
Su - Run 1:55/13.1 mi. HR 144. Highest sustainable pace. Felt quite stiff by the end.
Total 4:42
